This policy explains what GulfAsiaMart (Gulf Asia Trading Enterprises, proprietor ASMA PARISHWADI, GSTIN 29AHOPH0139C1ZK; registered address: Plot No 87, Ram Nagar, Belagavi, Belagavi District, Karnataka 590010, India) collects when you use www.gulfasiamart.in, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, mobile number, email (optional), delivery address, PIN code, order notes and the products you order.
- Payment reference: if you enter a UPI reference for your payment. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank passwords or UPI PINs. UPI payments are made in your own UPI app and processed by your bank.
- WhatsApp messages: if you contact or order through WhatsApp, we see your number and your messages. WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
- Website usage: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. Cloudflare describes it as privacy-focused and cookie-free; TO CONFIRM against Cloudflare's current documentation before launch.
- Your device: your basket is kept in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is not sent to us until you send an order.
How we use it
- To confirm, pack, ship and invoice your order, and to contact you about it.
- To respond to questions and complaints.
- To meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.
Who we share it with
- Shiprocket, Ekart, Shadowfax, who receive your name, phone number and delivery address so they can deliver your order.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which stores order records for us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
